STEM Speed Dating Roadshow at Wimbledon High

On Tuesday 14th November schools from across the South of England who have been involved in the STEMgirls club this term will take part in the STEMgirls Speed dating Roadshow. Inspiring female representatives from all vanities of the STEM field coming together to being grilled by our aspiring STEM girls on advice, tips on how to overcome barriers and networking opportunities. This year’s event is being hosted by Wimbledon High School, and STEM girls and STEM representatives will enjoy culinary delights from periodic table cupcakes, test-tubes of juice and Bucky melon balls.

A keynote speech by founder of STEMgirls club Amy Ryman will discuss the importance of STEM careers and the collaboration between industry and schools to empower young females to pursue careers in STEM.
